“The Walking Dead Among You”

walking dead

One morning, the middle of October, 2017, I’d just finished making a list of errands I needed to run when, as I turned to get out of the chair, I saw the following vision:

As I turned, I was facing a large plate glass window.  In the vision, I saw myself leaving in my car to run the errands.  As I drove along the street, I saw several people walking.  When I turned my head to look at them, I noticed they all had blank stares and their faces were a weird ashen color.

I parked my car and went into a store.  There too, all I saw were people walking around with blank stares and that pale grayish skin.  As I walked toward an aisle, I heard the Lord say,

“These are the walking dead among you.”

“Will you share with them the life I’ve placed within you?”

I then walked towards a woman and began interacting with her.  As I smiled and began speaking words given by the Holy Spirit, I saw a tiny sparkle of light appear in her eyes.  I reached out and placed my hand on her shoulder, and immediately felt the intense love of God flow from me straight into her.  It was as if she came alive right before my eyes!

End of Vision

Since that day, the Lord has been showing me how His Saints are missing precious opportunities to share the life He has placed within us.  We tend to go about the day with our list of errands and goals we wish to accomplish, without noticing the countless lost souls we encounter in the process.

Darkness has begun to cover the face of this earth and the walking dead are all around us – in and outside the “church.”  But Jesus died for every one of them, and He said we’re to be the light of the world (Matt. 5:14).  When a Saint of the Most High God enters a room, it should have the effect of someone turning on a light switch! And it will give light to everyone in the house!

Jesus also said those who believe in Him, out of their belly will flow rivers of living water (John 7:38-39).  He was talking about the Holy Spirit.  The LORD our God is that fountain of living waters! (Jer. 17:13)

Isaiah 60:1-3, speaks of a time when gross darkness covers the earth.  During this time, the Glory of the Lord will rise upon the Bride and actually be seen upon Her, with many being drawn towards the Light emanating from Her.  The time is quickly approaching, when the Power of His Love will fully descend upon the Bride, raising Her up, preparing her to be joined with the Bridegroom.  At that time She will briefly walk the earth in the fullness of His Glory!

Until the time of gross and utter darkness, this present world continues to grow darker by the day.  As individual members of the Body of Christ, our Lord is asking us to be His hands and feet, His containers of light right now to this dying world.

The following was spoken with such pleading and passion:

“These are the walking dead among you.”

“Will you share with them the life I’ve placed within you?”

Please pray for further understanding.  And may each of us, as Saints of the Living God, continually seek Him about how we may share with others the Life He has placed within us!

Scripture References:

John 4:35, “…I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are already white to harvest.”

John 7: 38-39, “He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, “out of his belly will flow rivers of living water.” “This He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive…”

Matthew 5:14-16, “You are the light of the world.  A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.  Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lamp stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.  Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Jeremiah 17:13, “…Because they have forsaken the Lord, The fountain of living waters.”

Isaiah 60: 1-3, “Arise, shine; For your light has come!  And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.  For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people;  But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you.  The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising…”

Mark 16:15-16, “Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature…”

    Diana,
I have expeienced the end of your vision in real life. This is an understatement”His Saints are missing precious opportunities to share the life He has placed within us.”
I am sad to say that even after experiencing that with someone you can forget. Life gets SO BUSY! Even when you busy in ministry you have to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit and look for divine appointments around you.
    Thank you for reminding me!
    Love in Christ Always!

    Jeff,
When the Lord showed this to me, I was ashamed. I’ve always been so “goal oriented” that it’s like I have blinders on to everything and everyone around me as I go about my business. Instead, as you said, we need to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit as we go through the day, so we don’t miss those divine appointments the Lord has in store…
    God bless you!

Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, let us prophesy in proportion to our faith; or ministry, let us use it in our ministering; he who teaches, in teaching; he who exhorts, in exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness. Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another; not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer; distributing to the needs of the saints, given to hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion. Repay no one evil for evil. Have regard for good things in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but rather give place to wrath; for it is written, “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him; If he is thirsty, give him a drink; For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
    Romans 12:6‭-‬21 NKJV

Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law. For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law. And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
    Romans 13:8‭-‬14 NKJV

We need to stop playing church and truly walk in the love of Jesus Christ as Jesus Christ. When this world looks at us it should see HIM, not us or itself. The LORD has answered my prayer of leading me to a church where HE is worshiped and served and amazingly ir has reignited the fire in my wife that I have long waited to see. Praise God! Unfortunately we can get too caught up in being about our own business when we need to be about the Father’s business. We should be living Matthew 22:37-40. I hope whoever reads your word Sister Diana would make the effort and decision to forsake this world for the LORD. I promise you HE is faithful to deliver, but we have to worry about Jesus first and nothing else. Glory to God He is so awesome when we enter that place! I pray that everyone would tune out the world and tune in and press into the LORD! God bless!

    Frank,
Yes, Amen Brother! You have summed it up, as we must be about our Father’s business. As He is, so are we in this earth! We must put our agenda aside, allow our flesh to be crucified in Christ! The Lord has put more about this on my heart and, God willing, it will be posted shortly!
    Blessings to you!

And we need to help each other and not be critical! We were all messed up before the LORD tapped us on the shoulder. Everyone deserves the same mercy and grace we have received. If we are Christians (Christ like), we should behave as such and be the most loving and joyful people see because we know that we have been redeemed even from all of the bad we have done, we know what a great price Jesus paid for us and as Christ and His love are in us, let us show the world. Praise Jesus!

  7. Pablo Says:

I remember back in 2004ish. I was working one night at Broward Correctional Inst. where Aileen Warnos from the movie ‘Monster’ was housed. I was in the suicide unit that night and while on my rounds i heard some awkward dark talking. I got to a suicide cell and an inmate had her head in the toilet talking to “her father, satan”. I gave her a come to Jesus speech after i exposed the liar. She was a pale whitish greyish look with dark eyes and disheveled. Weeks later she spoke to me on the compound at BCI, while en route to punch in. I did not recognize she was completely transformed. She said she went to church and accepted Jesus in her heart. She looked bright with life and Ruach haQodesh. 😁 shalom!

  8. dpulliam Says:

    Praise God, Pablo!
This is exactly what our Lord wants us to do – share the life He’s placed within us! This is so awesome, as you saw the same pale grayish look, and then the total transformation later! Thank you so much for sharing.
