You Will Glorify Me!

light-of-god1   The middle of February, during my quiet time with the Lord, I asked Him three questions. They were similar to what I normally ask, but this particular morning, His answer to each question was exactly the same. His reply has since consumed me until I can hardly think of anything else.

I was recounting all the Lord’s recently revealed to me personally, as well as many others, especially this past year. He’s shown His children through His Word, dreams, and visions, what lies directly ahead.

We know death and mass destruction will soon sweep across the earth into every nation. He’s revealed terrorism will soon come to the churches in America – and many other things. I can’t speak for anyone else, but when the Lord revealed these coming events to me, it shook me to my core. I now realize that it’s in His mercy He’s told us these things in advance, allowing time for repentance and mourning over what’s soon to come. It’s hard to imagine what it would be like not to be forewarned.

Something’s Not Right!

As I sat there pondering these things, a strong sense that we (the Church) are in some sort of a holding pattern rose within my spirit. Something wasn’t right. It was as if the Lord was waiting on something and wanted me to inquire of Him. So I asked, “What now, Lord?”

As soon as the question left my lips, I heard the Lord say, “Glorify Me!” It was said sternly, and with such a sense of urgency, that I knew it was a Word of correction. He quickly showed me it wasn’t only for me, but the entire Body of Christ. The following was spoken to my spirit:

“I tell you of things to come to fulfill my promise to you, and to warn you of the schemes of your enemy. You have also been shown the Glory that shall fall upon My anointed ones, and all My provision. But too many of you are cowering in fear, taking anxious thought for tomorrow. You glorify your enemy with this fear, as you magnify his works.

“Fear not, be strong and very courageous, for without faith it is impossible to please Me. I am sending you forth as My ambassadors. Glorify Me!

“The walls must come down! Evil men and seducers have erected walls to divide my Church. This cannot be. You call yourselves Catholics and Protestants; and you call yourselves after the name of mere men. The fighting and strife between you is a stench in my nostrils. Did I not tell you by this shall all men know you are my disciples, if you love one another? There is only one body and one Spirit. Glorify Me!

“Your appointed pastors and teachers seek glory only for themselves. In their desire to be needed and looked to, they stand between the people and their True Shepherd. Did I not tell you, “My sheep hear My voice, and the voice of another they will not follow?” Your lofty positions will soon come to an end.”

“My appointed pastors know their assignment: You must labor to equip My saints for works of ministry, to build up and unite My Body. Humbly teach My sheep to listen to My voice and follow no other. Your assignment is not complete UNTIL the whole Body reaches unity in the faith and attains to the measure of the fullness of Christ. In Him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a Holy temple in the Lord. It is then I will fully indwell My temple. Glorify Me!

“My Children, teach even the smallest among you to listen to My voice. Do not rely on the voice of others. Each of you must inquire of Me. In the days ahead, everyone, from the least to the greatest, will need to hear directly from their Lord. Your very lives will depend on this.”

“The storm approaches, the winds are blowing. Do not look at this storm. Keep your eyes focused straight ahead on Me! I AM your source. I AM your strength. It is in the midst of this storm that you will Glorify Me!

I believe the Lord has made it very clear. The Lord, and Him only, will be Glorified! He’s waiting on His Church to fully surrender, to turn our eyes and ears toward Him. As we do, the walls that separate will come crashing down. The whole building, joined together, rising to become a Holy Temple in the Lord. The Glorious Church, finally walking in the Fullness of the Lord!

So there you have it; His answer to my question, “What now, Lord?” As for the other two questions that morning:

          • I always ask the Lord if there’s something in particular He wishes me to do that day, so I asked, “What would You like me to do today?” He said, “Glorify Me!

          • Although the Lord speaks many things to me, I don’t “post” them unless the Lord leads me to do so. So I asked, “Do You have a Word for me to share?” He said, “Glorify Me!

Scripture references: NKJV

Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.

2 Corinthians 5:20, “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us…

John 13:35, “By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Ephesians 4:4-6, “There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above     all, and through all, and in you all.”

Ephesians 4: 11-13, “And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

Ephesians 2:21, “…in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord, in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.”

Here’s what the Lord spoke to me today. There are those in the Body of Christ running here and there and yonder seeking signs, wonders, a prophetic “word,” and the Lord is appalled. Why, when we have HIS WORD are some acting like children who need to be told when to come and when to go?

He who hears HIS VOICE and seeks HIS FACE, and not another, best glorifies him. You’re correct in saying “Something’s Not Right.” If we know HIS WAYS we understand what he loves and what he hates – which is precisely what he’s seeing among the HIS BODY. Division comes when people run to and fro seeking any other voice than HIS. Bless you, dear friend, for speaking the truth in love.

What you said is so true! Many in the Church are not being still before the Lord to hear His voice. Add that to the fact they are ignorant of His written Word – the first filter that words of others needs to be run through in order to know if it is in agreement.
    God Bless!

Hello Diana, today is Sunday March 23 and earlier I heard you on with JB. I asked him in an email to please give me information or background about you and asked if he had your FB page because I couldn’t find anything. Finally, praise Jesus, I was able to find this page while looking to see what the title of the book you wrote was. Please email me and let me know a bit more about the book and where I can buy it. Funny, I have had a lot of sickness surround me, my closest friends, my son and granddaughter and even my 6 yr old parakeet who used to talk talk talk and got a cold and now hasn’t spoken a word. I have also recently asked Jesus to put me right where he wants me and to let me all He wants me to be. I pray everyday for God to let me witness to someone or to bring someone into my work or who will have a message for me. Right now I would really like those who are willing to pray for my son, Jim who is only 46 and has chronic kidney disease and also is dealing with blood clots. He has to have both kidneys removed, but has lost enough weight to be on the list to receive a kidney. The doctors told my ex and I that we are too old to donate at age 69 and 71, so please pray for our Jim. Also please pray that his belief in Jesus gets a big blast of the Holy Spirit.

It’s very interesting to me that you inquire of the book I’ve written, because I haven’t written a book, in that I haven’t finished it yet. The Lord’s recently put it on my heart to finish it right away. So your inquiry is a strong confirmation to my spirit. I will lift your son, Jim, granddaughter, parakeet, and entire household up to the Lord in prayer. Let’s agree together:

Father, I lift Suzy and her entire family up before you. Suzy is asking that she be placed and used in Your Kingdom work as you intended. As she surrenders everything to you, seeking first Your Kingdom and righteousness, we give you thanks that all her needs will be taken care of according to Jesus’ Word. Be with Jim, may the scales fall from his eyes that he see Your Mighty Hand in his life, and may his life give you praise and honor. Lord, bless Suzy’s house. May Your healing and restoration fall upon it, and all praise Your Holy Name. As a sign to Suzy, let her parakeet sing again!
In Jesus Holy name we pray, Amen!
